Wedge clamps

Tools with an inclined clamping edge are securely clamped with wedge clamping elements. The elements have proven themselves above all in tools for die casting machines and other press tools.

Wedge clamping elements consist of a double-acting block cylinder on which a guide element with clamping bolts is flanged. The clamping bolt and the tool to be clamped are each designed with a slope. The wedge clamping element clamps the tool via this incline.
